With this easy-to-use Volvo XC60 / EX60 electric retractable tow hitch, you don’t have to bend under the car to remove or attach your load. To increase your safety, there is an indicator on the button that appears when the towbar is locked. In addition, the Volvo XC60’s / EX60’s towbar has a trailer stabiliser that always monitors the car’s movements, especially sideways.

The Volvo XC60’s swivelling towbar has been tested both in the laboratory and on a test track. Volvo itself has strict requirements for quality and strength.
Is approved according to EU directive ECE R55.
Surface has been treated in several stages to give the best corrosion protection.
The spherical neck of the towing device is made of galvanised steel.
For additional safety, the holder for your tow rope is integrated into this ball neck.
